Your worthiness does not depend on the choices you make or dont make - love this concept!

Yes! I was surprised to see my own hand writing that, but I guess that’s what happens when we channel LOVE. πŸ’•

So much sole searching, we must love ourselves first to be whole.

That’s right, and it’s not always easy!

No, it is not easy, but anything worth having is never easy and it wasn’t meant to be. Sometimes getting through the next hour is all you can expect of yourself. You are strong like me, Elizabeth. Tiny victories at a time.

I love this πŸ’š So much wisdom and I could even change the name to mine (and the plural dogs to singular dog) and it’d be totally applicable to me. Except the loons are my family and friend not bird 🀣

What a beautiful way to be able to express your inner most thoughts and feelings. Thank you for sharing yours with us.

You deserve the time to mourn over these decisions… for they have touched your Heart. You’ll never really know if they are the right or wrong choices. Therefore you should allow yourself to feel the heartache that you’re going through. Try to understand and accept your decisions… while following your own Heart.

Our minds often try to confuse us and make us doubt our choices. And sometimes our gut is telling us things as well.

You are NOT selfish for trying to maintain your own happiness… while living your life to the fullest!

Thank you, Christina. This was very much a gut decision, though my heart disagreed. Ultimately I think there are no right or wrong choices; it’s how we move forward with those choices that determines our happiness. I explored this in my essay β€œWhat I Know:”

That’s an amazing letter! Just wanted to say hi! Your website flashed in my minds eye this morning - we were neighbors on our Motorhome in Yuma Arizona! We spoke briefly when I was hooking up the sewer.

That's amazing Liz. I am reading your blog and I can introduce you to my niece Dr Sabah Virani. She has had 26 different autoimmune issues which caused her to loose her hair and she abandoned all medications to focus on curing herself. She was in hospital for 31 days and lost all her muscles and fat. Today she is thriving and has all her hair back. She wants to help others. If you think it will help to talk to her I can introduce her.

Someday I would love to go to Baja. Are the roads okay? Did you travel with the other women you met in Quartzite? We might just go to San Filipe but not much further this trip.
