I didn't know about your elbow issues. It's such a shame you have to go through that, but hopefully that will take care of it for good.
My 3 month trip to the central coast of California was wonderful. I meant to post on my substack during the trip, but never did. 😕 I got home in time to see everything "springing". My backyard has so many flowery smells wafting through the air.

Good to hear about this trip! I'm a little behind reading the posts, but Spring is TRYING to bust out here in Maine. Supposed to be 79F next week! Yes! Bring it on. Now it is 48F and raining.....I belong out west but am here to be with family, esp, my mother, so?? Sometimes we gotta bite the bullet, as you did this past winter......I was lucky to be in sub-tropical Mexico for 3+ months......
It was cold and rainy for most of my week in Acadia, and next week is supposed to hit 90 in New Hampshire! Welcome back to the East Coast. What part of Maine are you in?
